Owner, Operator and head cook Benjamin Beasley is a Currituck native, and comes from a family of barbecue cookers and eaters. He bought the restaurant from his father, and continues to use the tried and true recipes that folks have come to love and crave when they cross that line into Currituck County.
Visitors stop by each year as a traditional part of their vacation, while locals know that when they’re looking for good barbecue, good music and good times they can find it at BJ’s.
