We wanted to share the latest information that we have on Hermine…
High Tide tomorrow is at 9:30 am and will probably bring some significant surf. Carova will be impassable tomorrow. 
The most significant of the expected rainfall will occur between 2:00 am and 8:00 am — 4 to 7 inches of rain is forecast through Sunday – heaviest rainfall overnight tonight will likely cause flash flooding. There may be a prolonged period of sustained winds of approximately 40 to 45 mph with gusts as high as 60 mph
Beaches are red flagged; high risk of rip currents and beach erosion is expected.
For visitors: 
If your departure day is Saturday (9/3) consider leaving today; if arrival day is Saturday (9/3) consider delaying arrival until Sunday; please contact your property management company for specific information about the availability of your rental property. Any visitors going to Carova and Corolla should call their property management companies for updates on getting to their homes as there is a possibility of some flooding. The North Beach Ramp will likely be impassable on Saturday morning – high tide is at 9:30 a.m. The storm brings the potential for 1 to 2 feet of sound side flooding.
