Currituck OBX Spotlight: Crabbie's Restaurant

May 28, 2012
When you come to the beach and find a restaurant called Crabbie’s, you know what to expect. For the many visitors who enjoy the Currituck Outer Banks annually, vacation is typically the opportunity to indulge in an amazing seafood dinner – well, you’ve come to the right place! If you have a taste for crab – be it crab cakes, soft shells, she crab soup, or other varieties – the many restaurants in our area are ready to serve it up to you. Crabbie’s Restaurant in Coinjock has fed hungry locals and visitors for over ten years.

Open daily except for Monday and Tuesday, Crabbie’s offers a diverse menu of salads, burgers, seafood, pasta, and steaks. Start off with a coup of creamy she crab soup, then dive in to some delicious BBQ, crab-stuffed flounder, or The Captain’s Platter – a combination of fresh seafood.

Throughout the season, too, Crabbie’s features live music on Friday nights. Enjoy everything from jazz to reggae to rock from great area bands. Whether you’re looking for a light appetizer and drink after the beach, or have come ready to eat, stop by Crabbie’s and see what’s cooking.
