Currituck Outer Banks PetsPet Friendly

Instead of leaving your four-legged friends at home this year when you go on vacation, why not bring them with you?

Most of the realty companies in the Corolla area offer a variety of pet-friendly rental homes. Visitors can easily search for pet-friendly homes on local realty companies’ websites by clicking on the “pet-friendly” icon listed on rental-home search pages.

If you prefer a shorter stay at one of the area’s hotels, The Inn at Corolla Light offers a limited number of pet friendly rooms for dogs less than 50 pounds for a $25 dollar per night fee.

While here you can enjoy walking or running with your pet along the sandy beaches of Corolla, where dogs are allowed to play as long as they are leashed. Spend the day pampering your pet at The Corolla Kennel Club, which features homemade dog treats and flavored ices, beach toys, and pet supplies.

Don’t spend your vacation worrying about how your pets are doing back home; bring them with and make it a true family vacation!
