SEAL for Kids Program: The SEAL (Safety Education and Aquatic Learning) Program is designed for children ages 7-14. Instructors from Corolla Ocean Rescue teach children about the ocean, first aid, and physical fitness. Adults are invited to attend a free, two-hour parent/guardian seminar offered at the same time. Tennis:  The Corolla Light Pro Shop, Kilmarlic Health & Racquet Club and Pine Island Racquet & Fitness Center offer tennis lessons and clinics for kids of all ages.

Wildlife Programs: The Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education in Heritage Park offers free programs for children of all ages. Programs include eco-kayaking, surf fishing, nature photography, and more. Call 252-453-0221 for information and to make reservations.

Playgrounds: Children’s playgrounds can be found at the TimBuck II Shopping Center and at the southern entrance to the Corolla Light Town Center.
