Maple Skatepark Requirements of Use

Maple Skate Park Currituck's Outer Banks premier skatepark is where innovation meets expert design. Maple Skatepark in Currituck County North Carolina was designed by Grindline Skateparks, a world leader in skatepark design, and the Maple facility is receiving rave reviews from both amateurs and pros alike. Have fun, but remember these few rules:
  1. Any person engaged in a hazardous recreation activity at this park must wear a helmet, kneepads, elbow pads, and other appropriate equipment and clothing at all times.
  2. The county does not provide regular supervision of the skate park.
  3. All users of the skatepark engaged in any activity, whatsoever, assumes all risk associated with the use of the skatepark.
  4. Skate responsibly, according to your ability.
  5. Failure to comply with Requirements For Use may subject violator to sanctions as provided for under Chapter 10 of Currituck County Code of Ordinance.
  6. Maple Skatepark opens at sunrise and closes at sunset.
